MARCUS MILLER
Marcus is the April 2015 Star Playerz Athlete of the Month. The Bulldogs defense was the team’s strength in 2015 largely because of the exceptional defense of their shortstop Marcus Miller. Throughout April and May, Marcus committed only 2 errors in over 30 attempts and turned five double plays.
Marcus had a great season at the plate as well, hitting over .400 with 9 doubles and 3 triples. He was in the middle of every rally, leading the team in hits and RBI’s. Marcus quietly had one of the best seasons of any shortstop in the area.
